Munster Animal Hospital is always accepting new clients and patients, and our doctor visits are always walk-in (no appointment necessary). We encourage you to browse our website and discover all the services and different care options we have available for you and your pet. For new clients/patients, we do require an information form to be filled out either before or during the first visit. For  your convienience, we have a copy of this form available on our website for you to print out, complete at home, and either bring it with you for your first visit, or fax it to us at (219) 924-9626.
